$1 million elevator modernization underway

GCIC has committed approximately $1 million to a major elevator modernization program. The project is targeted for full service in early-to-mid 2027 and is intended to deliver a substantially renewed elevator system and a more polished professional experience for tenants and visitors.

The elevator work is a central part of the broader GCIC Reimagined program, pairing infrastructure investment with visible common-area improvements and a stronger building identity.
